Welcome to Tarcy (https://tarcy.in), a product developed and operated by Labrats. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Tarcy provides an AI-powered screen guidance service that observes your shared screen in real-time and delivers spoken or text-based step-by-step instructions. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tarcy. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Share, transmit, or display any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable through your shared screen.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service beyond normal usage.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without prior written consent.

6. Subscription & Payments

Tarcy offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Tarcy platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Labrats and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you share through the screen-sharing feature.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of Tarcy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Screen data shared during sessions is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently unless explicitly required for session summary features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labrats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI guidance provided by Tarcy is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any guidance provided. You use the service at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
