1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on Tarcy, a product by Labrats.
2. Free Plan
The free plan does not involve any charges, so no refund is applicable.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may request a refund if:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal.
- Service downtime: Pro-rata refund for extended downtime (48+ consecutive hours).
- Duplicate charges: Immediate refund upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- More than 7 days since billing date.
- Significant portion of allocated minutes consumed.
- Account terminated for Terms violation.
- Change of mind after the 7-day window.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@tarcy.in with your registered email, plan details, billing date, and reason.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing cycle. No further charges after cancellation.
